Arja Talma elected as new member of the Board of Directors of Aktia plc


The Board of Supervisors of Aktia plc have elected Arja Talma (51), M. Sc.
(Econ.), eMBA, as new member of the Board of Directors. Talma is member of
Kesko Corporation's Executive Management with responsibility for Store Sites
and Capital Expenditures. Talma is well acquainted with business and financial
management and auditing. 

The election concerns the period 7 May - 31 December 2013.

The Board of Supervisors also confirmed the number of board members as seven
(7).
