PRELIMINARY RESULT OF ASPRO OCIO S.A.'s MANDATORY TENDER OFFER FOR ALL SHARES IN PUUHARYHMÄ PLC

PUUHARYHMÄ OYJ	STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE  7 MAY 2007                              

PRELIMINARY RESULT OF ASPRO OCIO S.A.'s MANDATORY                               
TENDER OFFER FOR ALL SHARES IN PUUHARYHMÄ PLC                                   

The offer period of Aspro Ocio S.A.'s (Aspro) mandatory tender offer (”Tender   
Offer”) for all of the issued and outstanding   shares in Puuharyhmä Plc        
(Puuharyhmä) expired last Friday 4.5.2007.                                      

According to the preliminary result of the Tender Offer, Aspro was offered in   
the Tender Offer 5.293 shares, resulting in total 392.588 shares in Puuharyhmä. 
                                                                                
Taking into account the shares referred to above Aspro's proportion of ownership
and voting rights in Puuharyhmä will according to the preliminary result of the 
Tender Offer rise to 99,31 per cent. The final result will be published         
separately on 10.5.2007.                                                        

The Tender Offer will be consummated in accordance with the terms and conditions
of the Tender Offer not later than on the fourth (4th) banking day following the
termination of the tender offer period i.e. on 10.5.2007. The offer             
consideration will be paid to those Puuharyhmä' shareholders who have accepted  
the Tender Offer in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Tender Offer
on or about the third (3rd) banking day following the date of the completion    
trade i.e. on 15.5.2007.
