published in Finnish and English.                                               

Pdf documents of the Annual Report and the Financial Statemens are available on 
the company website at www.suominen.fi. The Annual Report will be mailed to the 
shareholders and subscribes before the Annual General Meeting, which will be    
held on 23 March 2010. Printed version of the Financial Statements can be       
ordered from Suominen's website www.suominen.fi/ir_material.
