The Housing Financing Fund - Results of HFF Bond Auction

The Housing Financing Fund (HFF) announces the results of an HFF bond auction
on October 22nd 2009. Valid bids submitted amounted to ISK 22.211 billion at
nominal value.  The following bids were accepted: 

HFF150224, nominal amount of ISK 1.220 billion weighted yield without
commission is 4.10% 

HFF150434, nominal amount of ISK 1.660 billion weighted yield without
commission is 4.08% 

HFF150644, nominal amount of ISK 1.800 billion weighted yield without
commission is 4.03% 

The total weighted yield of the accepted bids, without commission was 4.07% and
with commission 4.09%. Settlement date will be October 30th 2009.
