Management Board of Joint-stock company "GRIGIŠKĖS" passed the following
decision on 07 03 2008: the General Meeting will take place on 25 04 2008 at 10
a.m. at the company's administration building (Vilniaus str. 10, Grigiškės,
Vilnius city municipality). 
Accounting day is 18 04 2008.

On the agenda:
1) Company's annual report 2007.
2) Company's auditor's report 2007.
3) Approval of the financial statements for the year 2007.
4) Net Profit appropriation for the year 2007.
5) The increase of the authorised capital of the Company out of the Company's
funds.
