Tieto Corporation has received an announcement pursuant to the Securities
Market Act regarding a change in its shareholding. As of 13 June, OP-Pohjola
Group Central Cooperative (Registration number: 0242522-1) applies the
exception from Ministry of Finance Decree 154/2007 as granted in section 2
clause 4. Due to this change, the possession of the group's funds is no longer
included in the calculation and OP-Pohjola Group's group holding in Tieto
Corporation has fallen below the 5% threshold.
