Regarding the Board decision to change electricity prices from the second half of 2016

Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius AB (hereinafter - ESO), identification code
304151376, registered office placed at Aguonu str. 24, Vilnius, Republic of
Lithuania. The total number of registered ordinary shares issued by company is
894 630 333; ISIN code LT0000130023. 

At its meeting of May 25 the Board of ESO approved the new prices for
electricity network services, and the public prices of electricity. After the
announcement of National Commission for Energy Control and Prices (hereinafter
– NCCP) new prices will apply for the second half of 2016 

ESO recounted the public electricity prices after the NCCP lowered the public
interest obligations (VIAP), systemic services, electricity market prices and
the price cap of public electricity price. 

After the announcement from NCCP as of 1 July 2016, electricity prices for
private customer will decrease on average by 5.4 %. 

The rates for the network service for business customers supplied electricity
from medium voltage networks will decrease about 3.6 %, and for those supplied
electricity from the low voltage networks - will drop by 3.3 % for the second
half of 2016. 

The costs of individual customers for electricity and its network services may
differ. 

After the announcement of final prices from NCCP, ESO will issue a separate
notice to that effect.
