Recalling and election of PC “Lithuanian shipping company” members of the board

1.The Supervisory Board of PC “ Lithuanian shipping company” 2015-07-31
recalled Mindaugas Utkevicius and Stepas Telesius  from the members of the
Board. 

2. The Supervisory Board of PC “Lithuanian shipping company” 2015-07-31 elected
Sigitas Dobilinskas and Alenas  Gumuliauskas, Deputy Chief accountant of JSC
“Lithuanian Railways”, as members of the Board. 

3. The Supervisory Board of PC “Lithuanian shipping company” 2015-08-05
recalled Egle Vysniauskaite and Andrius Sniuolis   from the members of the
Board. 

4. The Supervisory Board of PC “Lithuanian shipping company” 2015-08-05 elected
Martynas Jonkus, General manager of legal Department at AB DFDS Seaways and
Mantas Vilunas , adviser to the Minister of the Ministry of transport , as
members of the Board. 

5. The Supervisory Board of PC “ Lithuanian shipping company” 2015-10-16
recalled Saulius Girdauskas and Mantas Vilunas  from the members of the Board. 

6. The Supervisory Board of PC “Lithuanian shipping company” 2015-10-16 elected
Naglis Vysniauskas Director of Rolling stock department at  JSC “Lithuanian
Railways”  Freight  transportation Directorate and Vidas Zvinys  Deputy
Director at “Rail Balitca” Project directorate  , as members of the Board.
