Klaipedos Nafta - Notification on material event

Decision adopted on the sale of LITGAS, UAB shares owned by the Company

AB Klaipėdos Nafta (hereinafter, the Company) hereby informs that on 30 April,
2015 the Board of the Company adopted a decision on initiation of sale of the
shares of LITGAS, UAB owned by the Company which constitute a tranche of 1/3 of
the share capital of LITGAS, UAB by public offering. 

The reasons causing the Company to sell the shares of LITGAS, UAB were reported
by the Company by notification on materal event of 10 April, 2015.
