percent threshold


Remedy Entertainment Plc has on April 25, 2024 received a notification under
Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act according to which
Working Capital Advisors (UK) Ltd's indirect shareholding of Remedy shares and
voting rights has gone below the 5 percent threshold on April 24, 2024.

According to the notification, Working Capital Advisors (UK) Ltd's indirect
shareholding in Remedy has decreased to 0 shares, corresponding to 0.00 percent
