Apranga APB - Interim information

On Apranga Group interim information for nine months of 2009

The consolidated revenue of Apranga Group amounted LTL 233.8 million (EUR 67.7
million) in nine months of 2009, and decreased 24.4% comparing to the same
period last year. 

The unaudited consolidated loss before income tax of Apranga Group has made LTL
13.6 million (EUR 3.9 million), while Apranga Group has earned a profit of LTL
12.7 million (EUR 3.7 million) in the same period of 2008. 

The unaudited interim consolidated financial statements of Apranga Group for
nine months of 2009, as well as managers' confirmation letter are ready for
acquaintance in the attachments. The interim information is also available at
