Invitation to press and telephone conferences on 5 February 2009

The Financial Results of Fortum Corporation for the year 2008 will be
published on 5 February 2009 at about 9.00 EET. 

A press conference (in Finnish) will be arranged at 11.00 EET in the auditorium
of our head office, Keilaniementie 1, Espoo. The press conference will be
webcasted and available on our website. A buffet lunch will be served after the
press conference.
