Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

Regarding approval of LNG terminal’s special plan

Klaipėdos Nafta AB (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby informs that Special
Plan for Construction of the Liquefied Natural Gas Terminal, Related
Infrastructure and Gas Pipeline (hereinafter, the “Special Plan”) has been
approved by the Order of the Energy Minister of the Republic of Lithuania No
1-130, dated 13 June 2013 (hereinafter, the “Order”). 

The Order shall come into force on the next day as of its official publishing
in the official gazette “Valstybės žinios”. 

Approval of the Special Plan shall allow the Company to start execution of
design and construction works of the liquefied natural gas terminal facilities
(including, jetty, equipment, gas pipeline and gas metering station).
