Bittium Corporation's Annual Report 2022 Has Been Published

Bittium Corporation, Stock Exchange Release, March 20, 2023, at 2:45 pm (CET+1)

Bittium Corporation has today published its Annual Report 2022. The Annual
Report includes Financial Statements and Report by the Board of Directors, as
well as Corporate Governance Statement and Sustainability Report. The Annual
Report has been published both in Finnish and in English. The PDF file of the
Report is attached to this release and available in electronic form at the
address https://annualreport.bittium.com and on the company's Website at
https://www.bittium.com/investors.

Bittium has published its Financial Statements also in accordance with the
European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements both in Finnish
and in English. The format is Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML). The
primary financial statements have been tagged with the XBRL language in
accordance with the taxonomy and notes to financial statements have been
labelled with XBRL block tags. These XBRL tags have not been subject to audit.
The XHTML file is available on the above-mentioned Websites and attached to this
release.

Bittium has also published its Remuneration Report 2022 both in Finnish and in
