NEGOTIATIONS TO COMPLETE ACQUSITION OF NEW BUSINESS CONTINUE WITH TARGET TO
CLOSE DURING Q1 2013 



GeoSentric Oyj announced on January 30, 2013 the signing of a term sheet
regarding the acquisition of Sinophi Healthcare Limited. At the time of the
announcement, GeoSentric expected that it would call an Extraordinary General
Meeting to decide on the transaction within a few days of the announcement.
However, based on the progress made so far in the negotiations, the parties
have now agreed to complete the conclusive transaction agreements prior to
publishing the notice to the Extraordinary General Meeting. This is to ensure
that that all of the relevant details of the transaction terms are available at
the time the EGM notice is published. 



The parties continue to aim to close the transaction during the Q1/2013,
subject to approval by the Extraordinary General Meeting of GeoSentric Oyj,
with the terms for completion to be included in the conclusive agreements.
