Exista hf. declares that holders of bonds EXISTA 07 2, issued on 29 May 2007
with final maturity date 29 May 2009, have rights in accordance to Chapter 9 of
the Securities Note dated 28 June 2007, which is broader than rights stated in
the Issue Description sent to the Icelandic Securities Depository.
