Vilniaus degtinė AB will not terminate its production

AB "Vilniaus degtine" informs that although sales volumes decreased due to the
increased excise tax and additional restrictions on alcohol trade, in January
2009 the production will not be stopped. Currently, AB "Vilniaus degtine"
management is preparing plans in order to increase the efficiency of its
production and management processes. This would allow decreasing operational
costs and thus compensate the decrease in sales volumes.
