CHANGES IN QPR SOFTWARE PLC´S BUSINESS STRUCTURE                                

QPR Software Plc makes changes into its business structure as of 1st January    
2009. The two channel sales units responsible for different geographic regions  
will be merged into one Software Sales International -unit. QPR's Service       
Business will be incorporated into Service and Solutions unit.                  

There are no changes in the composition of QPR´s Executive Management Team,     
which comprises of CEO Jari Jaakkola (chairman), Antti Ainasoja (VP, Software   
Sales International), Matti Erkheikki (VP, Software Sales Finland),             
Maija Erkheikki (VP, Service and Solutions) Teemu Lehto (VP, Marketing and      
Business Development), Päivi Vahvelainen (acting CFO) and Tony Virtanen (VP,    
Products & Technology).
