Notification on APB Apranga manager's related party transactions

APB Apranga has received notification from the chairman of the board Darius
Mockus on the transactions in issuer's securities of closely related party
legal entity UAB Minvista (see attachment). 
Transactions were concluded in 2007 - 2008 but they were not reported by
separate announcements.
