Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

Regarding answers to the questions, provided in advance to the general meeting of shareholders 


AB Klaipėdos Nafta (hereinafter, the Company) hereby informs that it has
received from the shareholder of the Company UAB Koncernas “Achemos grupė” in
advance questions, related to the issue of the agenda of the general meeting of
shareholders of the Company, scheduled for 25 January 2013 (attached herein as
Annex 1). Following the applicable laws, on 24 January 2013 the Company
provided the indicated shareholder with the explanations regarding its
presented questions (attached herein as Annex 2).
