Mr. Markus  Skrabb, born 1977, Master of Laws (LL.M.) and Executive MBA, has
been appointed  Senior Vice President, Corporate Legal Affairs, and member of
the Elcoteq Management Team as of February 1, 2011. He joins Elcoteq Group from
Glaston Corporation.

Mr. Skrabb will report to the President and CEO of Elcoteq SE, Mr. Jouni
Hartikainen.
