ORGANIZING MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF STONESOFT CORPORATION

Stonesoft Corporation Stock Exchange Release April 13, 2011 at 5:40 p.m.

In its first meeting held after the Annual General Meeting on 13 April 2011 the
Board of Directors of Stonesoft Corporation elected Hannu Turunen as Chairman
and Timo Syrjälä as Vice Chairman. The Board of Directors established an Audit
Committee and Hannu Turunen, Harri Koponen and Timo Syrjälä were elected as its
members.
