management of Profiz Business Solution Oyj now total ten percent
(10%).

Profiz Business Solution has ownership of 1.207.970  Solteq shares,
which represents ten percent (10%) proportion of share capital and
voting rights. Solteq Plc's number of shares and votes is 12.065.329.
