BasWare signed a global Invoice Automation agreement with SKF

BASWARE CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE

BasWare Corporation has signed an agreement with SKF Dataservice AB, which
provides data services to the SKF Group globally. BasWare will deliver and
implement Invoice Automation solution and BasWare Key Performance Indicator
Reporting Tool for all units within SKF Group to over 50 countries. The Invoice
Automation solution will be used to process over a million invoices annually.
The value of the deal is close to EUR 1 million. "SKF is already our customer in Sweden and has used Invoice Processing solution
since 2005. This agreement is a strong proof of customer satisfaction and we
are pleased that SKF extends the product portfolio to a complete invoice
automation solution in a significant number of countries," says Ilkka Sihvo,
CEO, BasWare Corporation. 

BasWare Invoice Automation solution consists of BasWare Invoice Processing and
matching solutions for matching pre-approved purchase orders with incoming
invoices. With the solution, companies can reduce manual routines and costs as
well as gain process control and improve process transparency and compliance.
BasWare Key Performance Indicator Reporting Tool measures purchase to pay
process efficiency to decrease costs, and improves the operational productivity
by intensive measurements and analyzes.
