Regarding the Transfer of the Shares of AB Lietuvos Dujos Owned by the State

Lietuvos Dujos, hereby informs that the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of
Lithuania, implementing 12 February 2014 Resolution No 120 of the Government of
the Republic of Lithuania “On Investing the State Property and Increasing the
Companies' Authorised Capital”, on 21 February 2014, transferred to Lietuvos
Energija, UAB (company code 301844044, address Žvejų g. 14, Vilnius) 51,454,638
non-material ordinary registered shares of AB Lietuvos Dujos, belonging to the
state by the right of ownership, the nominal value of each of which is equal to
LTL 1 and which grant 17.7 per cent of votes at the general meeting of
shareholders of AB Lietuvos Dujos, as a contribution in kind to pay for the
newly issued shares of Lietuvos Energija, UAB.
