To be eligible to participate in the scheme, a manager must acquire a specific number of Uponor shares, as defined under the scheme, by the end of August 2009. Depending on the achievement of the company's financial targets during the years 2009-2011, and the number of shares acquired within the scheme, each manager is eligible to be awarded Uponor shares in the spring of 2012. The new scheme extends the scope of persons with a share-based incentive scheme from the existing programme involving the company's Executive Committee, which will also fall due in 2012.
