Consti Group Plc: Notice pursuant to the Finnish Securities Market Act, Chapter
9, Section 10

Consti Group Plc ("Consti") has received an announcement from Ilmarinen Mutual
Pension Insurance Company ("Ilmarinen") on 2 January 2018, in accordance with
the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter 9, Section 5.

According to the announcement, the total number of Consti shares and votes owned
by Ilmarinen exceeded five (5) per cent of the share capital of Consti on 1
January 2018. The reason for the notification was merger between Ilmarinen
Mutual Pension Insurance Company and Etera Mutual Pension Insurance Company as
of 1 January 2018.
