Regarding the announcement of the non-competitive mandatory tender offer circular

Alytus, Lithuania, 2015-01-15 12:06 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 15 January 2015
Company Group ALITA, AB received from its shareholder UAB “MINERALINIAI
VANDENYS” a circular of the non-competitive mandatory tender offer to buy up
the remaining ordinary registered voting shares of Company Group ALITA, AB
approved by the Bank of Lithuania on 12 January 2015. 

The tender offer price is EUR 1.076 per 1 (one) ordinary registered share of
Company Group ALITA, AB LTL 1 (one litas) par value each (equivalent in litas
is equal to LTL 3.72). Commencement of the implementation of the tender offer
is on 16 January 2015, termination - on 29 January 2015.
