Suomen Terveystalo Oyj has on 3 April 2007 gained knowledge of the following
notification under Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities
Market Act regarding a change in holdings:

According to the announcement of Keskinäinen työeläkevakuutusyhtiö Varma, its
ownership in Suomen Terveystalo Oyj has fallen under one tenth (1/10) of the
share capital and voting rights. 

The holdings of Keskinäinen työeläkevakuutusyhtiö Varma constitute
5,781,460 shares, i.e., 8.60 % of the voting rights and share
capital in Suomen Terveystalo Oyj.

The share capital of Suomen Terveystalo Oyj constitutes 67,194,663
shares and the number of voting rights attached to the shares amounts to
67,194,663.
