Financial Statements Bulletin for 2013: 6 February 2014
Financial Statements and the Report by the Board of Directors 2013: week 9, 2014
Interim Report for 1 January-31 March (Q1): 29 April 2014
Interim Report for 1 January-30 June (H1): 6 August 2014
Interim Report for 1 January-30 September (Q1-3): 29 October 2014

Available in Finnish, Swedish and English, the Financial Statements Bulletin and
the Interim Reports will be published at approximately 8.00 am on the
abovementioned days. They are available at pohjola.com and op.fi.

Pohjola Bank plc has the plan of holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in
Helsinki on Thursday, 20 March 2014. The Board of Directors will convene the AGM
separately at a later date. If a shareholder wishes to have an item to be
included on the agenda of the AGM, the related written request addressed to the
Board of Directors should arrive at Pohjola on or before Wednesday, 22 January
2014. Such a request must include grounds for the inclusion or draft resolutions
and be sent to Pohjola Bank plc, Anna Eskelinen, Investor Relations/TeE4, P.O.
Box 308, 00013 Pohjola or by email to ir@pohjola.fi.

Pohjola Bank plc's planned dividend payment date is Thursday 3 April 2014.
