Sponda's Senior Vice President, Property Development, to change


Joni Mikkola, Sponda Plc's Senior Vice President, Property Development, and
member of the Executive Board will leave his position. Mr Mikkola joined Sponda
in 2002 and became a member of the Executive Board in 2006. 

Sponda expresses its gratitude to Mr Mikkola for his nearly 10 years in the
company and wishes him the best of luck and success in his coming challenges.
