Landsbankinn hf. : Resigns as alternate Member of the Board of Directors

At the follow-up Annual General Meeting of Landsbankinn hf. on 22 April 2016,
Ms. Ásbjörg Kristinsdóttir was elected as alternate Director of the Board of
Directors of Landsbankinn hf. In an announcement to the Board of Directors of
10 November 2016, Ms. Ásbjörg Kristinsdóttir resigned as alternate Member of the
Board of Directors of Landsbankinn hf. The resignation is effective as of 10
November 2016.
