Lietuvos Energija AB - Notification on material event

Regarding Reorganization of Daughter Company of LIETUVOS ENERGIJA from Limited Liability Company into Joint-stock company.

The Lithuanian transmission system operator (TSO) LITGRID AB (legal entity code
- 302449655, address of head-office: A. Juozapavičiaus g. 13, Vilnius, the
Republic of Lithuania, data about company are stored at Vilnius subsidiary of
VĮ Registrų Centras, hereinafter - the Company), a daughter company of a
joint-stock company LIETUVOS ENERGIJA,  has been reorganized from a limited
liability company into a joint-stock company. The name of the company from now
on is LITGRID AB, legal form is a joint-stock company, its head-office remains
at the same address: A. Juozapavičiaus g. 13, Vilnius, the Republic of
Lithuania.
