Elisa - Changes board/management/auditors

APPOINTMENTS TO ELISA'S EXECUTIVE BOARD

The two first phases and focuses of Elisa's strategy are integrating
one Elisa and strengthening the market position in main market areas.
In addition, Elisa invests in developing new services according to
the third phase of its strategy.  Development and growth is also
supported by potential acquisitions. To develop new services and
business areas Elisa has made the following appointment as of 1
January 2008:

Tapio Karjalainen has been appointed as Executive Vice President
responsible for new services and business areas. Karjalainen has
previously acted as Elisa's Executive Vice President, Production. He
will continue as a member of Elisa's Executive Board and will report
to CEO Mr. Veli-Matti Mattila.

Timo Katajisto has been appointed as Elisa's Executive Vice
President, Production. Until now Katajisto has acted as a director at
Nokia Siemens Networks and has been in charge of strategic changes
and development. Katajisto will be a member of Elisa's Executive
Board and reports to CEO Mattila.
