Notice Pursuant To The Securities Market Act, Chapter 2, Section 10.

Stonesoft has received a notice from Nordea Bank AB (PUBL) (Business ID code
516406-0120), that the forward contracts in possession of its Finnish
subsidiary Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj (Business ID code 1680235-8) have been
extended to longer maturities, and that Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj's ownership
in Stonesoft Corporation has not decreased below 1/20, but remains above 1/20.

The number of shares owned by Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj is 2.873.900
representing 5,02% of the share capital and voting rights of Stonesoft Corporation.

Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj has made forward contracts on the shares. 40 of the
contracts will mature on December 2007, 15,000 of the contracts will mature
in February 2008 and 13,700 of the contracts will mature in March 2008.
As the forward contracts mature in February 2008, the ownership of Nordea
Pankki Suomi Oyj in Stonesoft Corporation will decrease below 1/20.

Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj has acquired the shares of Stonesoft Corporation
as part of its liquidity guarantee business.
