ALDATA APPOINTS CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Aldata Solution Oyj has today appointed Mr. Allan Davies as Chief
Marketing Officer. Mr Davies has over 20 years experience of
international software marketing with a focus on enterprise
applications for specific commercial sectors. Before joining Aldata
Mr Davies was the CMO of Intentia AB, a global supplier of ERP
solutions to the food, clothing and logistics sectors, he then became
the designate CMO of the merged business of Intentia and Lawson Inc.
He has also held senior international software marketing roles at
Computer Associates, Digital Research, JBA International and
Tektronix.

Mr. Davies will be a member of the Aldata Corporate Management Team
and will report to Mr. Bertrand Sciard, President and CEO of Aldata
Group.
