ANNOUNCEMENT UNDER THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10

We hereby announce that Vaahto Group Plc Oyj has been notified, in accordance
with Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of a change in
the company's ownership: 

The share of voting rights of Vaahto Group Plc Oyj held by Heikki Vaahto has
belowed twenty-five percent (25%) as a result of a transaction on 17 September
2007. 

The shareholding held by Heikki Vaahto before the transaction on 17 September
2007: 
Vaahto Group A 0 shares
Vaahto Group K 384,700 shares
The shareholding total 13.39% of all shares and the share of voting rights
total 25.78% of all votes. 

The shareholding held by Heikki Vaahto after the transaction on 17 September
2007: 
Vaahto Group A 0 shares
Vaahto Group K 326,700 shares
The shareholding total 11.37% of all shares and the share of voting rights
total 21.89% of all votes. 

Vaahto Group Plc Oyj has 1,452,751 A-shares and 1,419,551 K-shares, a total of
2,872,302 shares. Each A-share has one (1) vote, and each K-share has twenty
(20) votes, total 29,843,771 votes.
