Changes in the management of Tikkurila's Business Units in Russia and Poland

Simo Laitala resigns from his position as the Head of Business Unit Russia as of
February 11, 2014. "I want to thank Simo for his efforts for Tikkurila's
businesses in Russia and Kazakhstan and wish him all the best in his future
challenges," says Erkki Järvinen, President and CEO.

Ilari Hyyrynen has been appointed the new Head of Business Unit Russia as of
February 12, 2014. Currently, Ilari is the Head of Business Unit Poland.

Aleksander Truszczynski has been appointed the Head of Business Unit Poland as
of February 12, 2014. Aleksander has previously worked as the Finance Director
of Business Unit Poland.
