Vilniaus Degtine AB - Notification on material event

The operations of AB „VILNIAUS DEGTINE" are not directly affected by nationalization of AB bank Snoras

We notify that the decision made on 16 November 2011 by The Republic of
Lithuania Government to take over 100% of AB bank Snoras shares in order to
serve the needs of the society will not affect AB “VILNIAUS DEGTINE”
performance and cash flows. 

For funding its operational activity, AB “VILNIAUS DEGTINE“ uses the bank
accounts it has in other banks which operate in the territory of the Republic
of Lithuania. The key partners of the company, the wholesale buyers make
payments for the production through other banks which operate in the Republic
of Lithuania.
