Flagging notification in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act
Chapter 9 Section 5: Swedbank Robur Fonder AB holding in Exel Composites Plc
exceeds 5 per cent 

Exel Composites Plc (business ID 1067292-7) has today 13 March 2015 received a
disclosure under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according
to which the holding of Swedbank Robur Fonder AB (business ID 556198-0128) has
exceeded 5 per cent of the voting rights and share capital in Exel Composites
Plc. 

Through share transactions concluded on 12 March 2015, the holding of Swedbank
Robur Fonder AB is 703,054 shares, representing 5.91 per cent of the shares and
voting rights of the Company.
