ALDATA GROUP'S NOTIFICATION REGARDING A CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP ACCORDING TO SMA 2
CHAPTER 10 SECTION

Aldata Solution Oyj has been notified that on 7 September 2011 Ilmarinen Mutual
Pension Insurance Company accepted the Tender Offer by Symphony Technology II-A,
L.P. concerning all of Aldata Solution Oyj's shares owned by Ilmarinen. Prior to
the Tender Offer Ilmarinen has owned and controlled a total of 6,945,608 shares,
representing 10,1 % of the voting rights and number of shares in Company.
Because of the acceptance of the Tender Offer Ilmarinen's holding of shares and
voting rights of Aldata will decrease to total of 0 shares which is under 10 per
cent (to 0 per cent) when the Tender Offer is executed.

Aldata Solution Oyj has a single share series. The company has a share capital
of EUR 687,333.95 and a total of 68,768,395 shares.
