Terveystalo board member Dag Andersson has passed away

Terveystalo Plc Stock Exchange Release 29 September 2022 at 8:00 a.m.

Dag Andersson, a member of the Board of Directors of Terveystalo and CEO of
XVIVO Perfusion AB has passed away suddenly. Andersson served on Terveystalo's
board in 2009-2011 and again since 2019.

"We are deeply shocked by this sudden loss. We offer our sincere condolences to
Dag's family and those close to him. It has been a privilege to know Dag and to
work with him. We will miss him very much", says Kari Kauniskangas, Chairman the
Board of Directors of Terveystalo.

Board of Directors of Terveystalo will continue with five members for the time
being.
