Reports for 2010 Now Available

Pohjola Bank plc (Pohjola) announced on 8 March at 1 pm that its electronic
Annual Report for 2010, comprising the Annual Review and the Report by the Board
of Directors and the Financial Statements, are available at
pohjola.fi/vuosikertomus2010. Pohjola has also published its Corporate
Governance Statement. OP-Pohjola Group has published its electronic Annual
Report 2010 at op.fi/OP-Pohjolaannualreport2010, which comprises an Annual
Review as well as the Report by the Executive Board and the Financial
Statements.
