TECHNOPOLIS FINANCIAL FORECAST FOR 2010

Technopolis management estimates that 2010 consolidated net sales will grow by
0 - 2 % compared with 2009 and EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes,
depreciation and amortization) will remain at the 2009 level.
