TOGNUM AND SAGA WAS SOLD FROM AMANDA'S PORTFOLIO/EXITS IN AMANDA'S PORTFOLIO    

Tognum IPO in Frankfurt                                                         
Saga was sold to a Newco                                                        

There have been exits in Amanda's portfolio. The exits together generate a cash 
flow of over two million euros for Amanda. Both exits are profitable.           

EQT IV - private equity fund sold shares in the IPO of Tognum. EQT IV - private 
equity fund's ownership in Tognum will drop from 84,1 percent to 19,9 percent,  
if the greeshoe will be fully exercised. Tognum manufactures diesel engines for 
fast speed ferries, large yachts and armoured vehicles. The transaction         
generates proceeds to Amanda, which will be accounted in Amanda's result in the 
third quarter in 2007.                                                          

Charterhouse VII - private equity fund has sold its share of Saga to a new      
company that will be created. This transaction will bring together Saga and the 
AA. Saga's business includes insurance, financial services, holidays, cruises,  
magazine publishing and other products all targeted at people aged 50 and over. 
The AA is the UK's leading motoring organisation with around 15 million members;
its businesses also include insurance broking, publishing and a driving school. 
Completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
