THE NUMBER OF INTERIM REPORTS AND THE PUBLICATION OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
OF VAAHTO GROUP 

Vaahto Group Plc Oyj will publish during the next fiscal year that will begin
1.9.2009 only one interim report per 28.2.2010 covering six months of
operations. 

Instead of the interim reports for the first three and nine months of the
accounting period, Vaahto Group Plc Oyj will disclose the interim management
statements during both the first and the last half-year of the fiscal period.
At the time this decision is made, the market value of the Vaahto Group Plc Oyj
is under 75 million euros, so the requirements to disclose the interim
management statement set in the Ministry of Finance decree are met. 

The main figures of the financial statements of the fiscal year 1.9.2008 -
31.8.2009 will be published on November 13, 2009 and the week of the
publication of the financial statements is 48/2009.
