Changes in Talentum's management team

Talentum Oyj's CEO Aarne Aktan has been appointed also Managing Director of
Sweden's affiliated company and Circulation Director Tuomas Hämäläinen has been
appointed Director of Magazine Business Finland and a member of company's
management team. 

Talentum Oyj's CEO Aarne Aktan will be responsible for Talentum's Magazine
Business Sweden as of 30 August, 2013. Roger Thorén, Managing Director formerly
responsible for Magazine Business Sweden, remains at company's service as
Sweden's Business Specialist until next year's autumn. Thorén's membership in
company's management team ends today. 

In the same context present Circulation Director of Magazine Business Finland
Tuomas Hämäläinen becomes indefinitely Director of Magazine Business Finland
and a member of Talentum Oyj's management team. 

M.Sc.Tuomas Hämäläinen (36) has 14 years of comprehensive experience in the
field of media companies where he has worked as Journalist and Editor and in
the functions of development and circulation revenue. Most recently Hämäläinen
has successfully led Talentum's circulation revenue unit and increased its net
sales during last two years despite the challenging market situation. 

Present changes are aimed to modernize the performance of Talentum's affiliated
company in Sweden and especially to improve affiliated company's profitability
and competitiveness.
