The amendments of the Law on Securities of the Republic of Lithuania that
became effective on December 4, 2015, foresee, that interim financial
information for 3, 9 and 12 months can be prepared upon decision of the issuer.
AB Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius (further – ESO, the Company), seeking to
meet the expectations of the Company’s investors to become acquainted with the
latest information on the Company’s operations, also with the view of ensuring
transparency and publicity of the Company’s operations, the Company has decided
to prepare and release interim financial information for 3, 9 and 12 months. 

AB LESTO (further – LESTO) and from January 1, 2016, ESO, taking over its
activities and the activities of Lietuvos Dujos AB, informs that financial
results in 2016 are planned to be released according to the following: 

  -- February 15, 2016 – preliminary unaudited LESTO financial indicators* for
     the period of 12 months, 2015;
  -- February 26, 2016 - LESTO Group 
interim financial statements and the interim report for 12 months of 2015;
  -- March 29, 2016 – LESTO Group 
Annual audited Consolidated financial statement and LESTO Group Annual
     Report of 2015
;
  -- May 16, 2016 - preliminary unaudited ESO financial indicators* for the
     period of January-March 2016;
  -- May 31, 2016 – ESO interim financial statement and interim report for the
     period of three months 2016;
  -- August 16, 2016 - preliminary unaudited ESO financial indicators* for the
     period of January-June 2016;
  -- August 31, 2016 - 2016 m. ESO interim financial statement and interim
     report for the period of six months 2016;
  -- November 15, 2016 - preliminary unaudited ESO financial indicators* for the
     period of January-September 2016;
  -- November 30, 2016 - ESO interim financial statement and interim report for
     the period of nine months 2016.

On 29 March 2016, ESO plans to convene an ordinary general meeting of
shareholders.
