Sanitas AB - Notification on material event

On annual information for 2010

Audited annual information for 2010 (consolidated and separate financial
statements, consolidated annual report, confirmation of responsible persons,
independent auditor‘s report) of Public limited liability company „SANITAS“
(company code 1341 36296, registered address Veiveriu str. 134B, Kaunas,
Lithuania) is presented. This information was submitted for the approval of the
Management Board of the company. Annual information for 2010 approved by the
Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting will be presented after the meeting is
held. 

Audited financial results for 2010 are the same as preliminary activity results
for 12 months of 2010 announced on 2 February 2011: consolidated audited
SANITAS Group profit before tax amounted to LTL 62,999 thousand (€ 18,246
thousand).
