Sponda signs EUR 60.0 million loan extension



Sponda Plc has signed a loan extension agreement for 5 years for EUR 60.0
million with Danske Bank A/S, Helsinki Branch. The arrangement extends the loan
for Elo shopping centre. The margin on the loan corresponds with current market
levels and the terms and conditions of the loan remain unchanged. The loan is
secured.
